Middle of February we received our new ROBLON Tornado 400 machines for producing Cable Filler yarns. This will increase our capacities and reduce our current lead times for our customers.
These machines are producing Cable Filler yarns from PP (Polypropylen) with a diameter range from 1,2 – 8mm.
Through own developed splicing method we can make the Yarn with very high running lengths without knots or usual splices. Our bobbins reach a total yarn weight of up 22kg.
In June 2018 another Roblon Tornado 400 + PU300 machines will follow to increase our capacities for the products of Cable filler cords/ ropes, too. These machines produce ropes in diameters from 2 – 5mm.
